BGS Medical College and Hospital Hosts Site Qualification Visit for Proposed Clinical Study by Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited

BGS Medical College and Hospital marked a significant milestone in its clinical research trajectory with the successful completion of a Site Qualification Visit for a proposed clinical study sponsored by Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited. The proceedings took place on September 29, 2026, at the MEU Hall located on the first floor of the institution. This high level assessment served as a critical juncture for both the sponsor team and the host institution to evaluate the feasibility and comprehensive suitability of the site for upcoming clinical investigations.

The collaborative session was jointly organized by the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and the Department of Clinical Pharmacology. During the three hour evaluation, representatives from Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited, including Mr. Prashant and Dr. Ramesh J, engaged in extensive deliberations with the institutional leadership.
