Invictus – 2026 at BGS Medical College and Hospital, Nagarur
Introduction
The Annual Sports Meet 2026 of BGS Medical College and Hospital, Nagarur, was successfully conducted from 6th March 2026 to 8th March 2026 at the BGS MCH Ground. The three-day sporting event was organized with the objective of promoting physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship among students and staff. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across different batches, along with the gracious presence and encouragement of respected dignitaries, faculty members, and organizers.
Event Proceedings
The sports meet commenced in the morning at 8:00 AM and continued until 5:30 PM each day. The event was conducted under the guidance and blessings of the management of Adichunchanagiri University and the leadership of the institution.
A wide range of indoor and outdoor sports competitions were organized during the three days. Students actively participated in various games including Volleyball, Kabaddi, Cricket, Throwball, Basketball, Football, Badminton, Chess, Carrom, and Table Tennis. Separate competitions were conducted for men and women in selected sports to encourage inclusive participation.
The matches were conducted in a well-organized manner with the support of faculty coordinators, sports committee members, and volunteers who ensured the smooth execution of the schedule. Participants demonstrated remarkable enthusiasm, competitive spirit, and teamwork throughout the competitions.
